Mustard & Lemon Chicken Stir-fry

Mins Serves: 2-3
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
- 2 tbsp (40mL) soy sauce
- 2 tsp (10mL) lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp (40mL) mustard oil
- 500 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 500 g assorted stir fry vegetables
Directions
- Place KEEN’S Mustard Powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil in a small bowl and stir to combine well.
- Heat remaining oil in a wok over high heat, add chicken and stir fry until browned, remove chicken and set aside.
- Add prepared vegetables to wok and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Return chicken to wok with lemon mustard blend and stir fry a further 2 minutes.
- Delicious served with steamed rice.
