Mustard & Lemon Chicken Stir-fry

Mustard & Lemon Chicken Stir-fry

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp KEEN'S Mustard Powder
  • 2 tbsp (40mL) soy sauce
  • 2 tsp (10mL) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp (40mL) mustard oil
  • 500 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 500 g assorted stir fry vegetables

Directions
  • Place KEEN’S Mustard Powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of oil in a small bowl and stir to combine well.
  • Heat remaining oil in a wok over high heat, add chicken and stir fry until browned, remove chicken and set aside.
  • Add prepared vegetables to wok and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Return chicken to wok with lemon mustard blend and stir fry a further 2 minutes.
  • Delicious served with steamed rice.
